About the Company
One method. No menu. Nothing else on the truck.
Most Scottsdale concrete companies quote a settled slab alongside crack repair, sealing, and resurfacing. We deliberately don't. We run one method — polyurethane injection lifting — and we run it every day, on every job, for Scottsdale's specific ground.
Why We Narrowed the Menu
Specialization is a bet that repetition beats breadth
A full-service concrete company can quote your settled driveway alongside crack sealing, a maintenance coating, and resurfacing — a reasonable business model, and not one we criticize. It's just not ours. Splitting a crew's time across six services means none of them improve as fast as one service practiced daily.
Polyurethane injection lifting is a precision skill: reading a settlement pattern correctly, placing holes to control lift direction, and monitoring pressure so a slab rises evenly instead of cracking. We'd rather get better at that one thing every single day than be adequate at six things.
That's also why every estimate starts with an honest question: is this actually a lifting job? If a slab is shattered into many small pieces, or the fix you need is cosmetic rather than a settlement problem, we say so at the free inspection — even though it means less work for us.

The one-method rule
We don't offer crack repair, sealing, or resurfacing — not because those aren't legitimate services, but because offering them would mean less focus on the one thing we're built to do best. If that's what your concrete needs, we'll tell you honestly and point you elsewhere.
How We Work
Three commitments on every job
One method, honestly scoped
If it's a lifting job, that's the whole invoice. If it's not, we say so at the free inspection instead of finding extra scope to sell.
Measured, not eyeballed
Elevation mapping before drilling, gauge-monitored lifts during, and written before/after measurements when we leave.
Fixed price before we drill
Free inspections, fixed quotes, no discover-more-once-we-start games. If scope changes underground, we stop and talk first.
By the Numbers
The engineering facts we work from
15 min
foam cure to roughly 90% strength — walk immediately, drive or swim same day
~2 lb
per cubic foot of foam vs 100+ for mud slurry — no re-loading failed soil
1/4"
the ADA vertical-change threshold every walkway lift is corrected to
100%
of jobs logged: injection points, volumes, and before/after elevations
Arizona ROC standards
Concrete repair work in Arizona falls under the Registrar of Contractors' concrete classifications (C-9 / R-9 / CR-9) — always verify any contractor's license at roc.az.gov before they drill.
